Happy Hearts ABA is running a community giveaway to celebrate and support parents and caregivers across Indiana and New Jersey. This page contains the official Terms & Conditions for the “#SpreadTheHeart” giveaway.
About the Giveaway
This giveaway is organised by Happy Hearts ABA, a provider of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy services supporting children and families.
The purpose of this campaign is to:
- Strengthen community engagement
- Support parents and caregivers
- Grow awareness of ABA therapy services
- Build a supportive online community across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Eligibility Criteria
To enter this giveaway, participants must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Have an active social media account
- Follow Happy Hearts ABA on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Commebt #SpreadTheHeart
- Share the Competition Post to your story
- Be a resident of Indiana (IN) or New Jersey (NJ), United States
🚫 Important: Employees of Happy Hearts ABA, affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter this giveaway.
How to Enter
To qualify for entry, participants must complete all of the following steps:
- Follow Happy Hearts ABA on:
- TikTok
- Share the official giveaway post to your Instagram Story
- Comment “#SpreadTheHeart” on the giveaway post
- Tag 3 friends in the comments
All steps must be completed for a valid entry.
Giveaway Period
- Start Date: Monday, 4 May 2026
- Closing Date: Monday, 18 May 2026 at 23:59
Entries submitted after the closing date and time will not be considered.
Prize Details
Two (2) winners will each receive:

Winner Selection
- Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries
- All entries will be verified before final confirmation

- Winners will be announced on Wednesday, 20 May 2026
- Announcements will be made via Happy Hearts ABA social media platforms
- Winners will also be contacted via direct message
Claiming Your Prize
- Winners must respond within 72 hours of notification
- If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, an alternative winner may be selected
Disqualification Rules
Happy Hearts ABA reserves the right to disqualify entries that:
- Do not meet entry requirements
- Appear to be fake, spam, or bot accounts
- Attempt to manipulate the giveaway process
- Violate platform community guidelines
- Are not residents of Indiana (IN) or New Jersey (NJ), United States
Entries outside of Indiana or New Jersey will not be considered valid.
